I very recently ordered an aluminium handled Dehradoone Khukuri (World War 2) from Nepalese Khukuri. It arrived within four days of order. Amazing... from Nepal to America that fast.
I am delighted with the Khukuri. It is the best that I have ever seen. I own several others and this one outshines them all!! The fit and finish are impecable. Simply outstanding!! And the service was just remarkable.
I recommend Nepalese Khukuri House to anyone who is interesed in owning an absolutely perfect authentic Khukuri....
The quality of this handmade khukuri is remarkable. It is hard to imagine that it was forged from raw metal. The khukuri shows the crafstmanship of the kamis and the tradition of the people of Nepal. Additonaly I would like to complement Nepalese Khukuri House for their professional and fast service. I am more than satisffied with both the product and the service provided. Best of luck.
The WW II (Horn and Replica versions) are the first and second khukuris I have purchased from Nepalese Khukuri House and I couldn't be more pleased--I since have ordered 5 more models. I have 3 other khukuris-all mass produced. While the factory models look nice and cut well, my WW II khukuris have the look and feel of pride, individuality and craftsmanship you cannot find in a factory knife. They are beautiful and VERY sharp, well made and I feel there is something of the kamis who made them in each of the knives. When I hold one, I am holding a piece of History and a part of Nepalese Tradition as well as an excellent knife. And a wonderful company to deal with. Thanks, NKH!

I received my order yesterday, and I was again impressed with the flawless appearance of the steel and the handles. They were well sharpened and had fine balance. My compliments to the craftsmen. My little collection will no doubt endure to give much satisfaction.
Two of the sheathes were a bit tacky to the touch, but I can fix that easily or leave it alone as it is not necessarily a disadvantage.
Thanks for you service, and wishing you continued success,
